With years of experience in construction, real estate, and development, I’ve worn every hat on a job site and bring that all-in approach to every home we build.

We don’t have a staff or sales team. It’s just me and my wife managing each step personally — from your first meeting and design decisions to the final walk-through and handing over the keys. That means no middlemen, no surprises, and no getting passed off to someone else halfway through the process. You’ll always know exactly who you're working with.
